Before moving to the Milton market back in 2005, I witnessed first-hand how things REALLY work with multiple offers. It wasn’t unusual to have 10, 15 or 20 offers on a good home… and boy the agents loved to play head games when they were all in the same room. 🙂 Anyway, I think there’s a right way and a not-so-right way of timing offer day. And if my finances were up for grabs as a seller, you can be darn sure that I’d want it done the right way. I’ll tell you more about the accepted best practice for these situations in the video.

Wilson sounds nice, especially the part backing onto greenspace, but electric baseboards are sometimes seen as less valuable than gas heating in today’s market. They’re not all bad… have a look at this episode where we look at them in detail:

Plus, I think there’s two reasons one of today’s homes isn’t selling – and it’s purely speculative. But it could be a great condo alternative really close to downtown. And there aren’t many detached homes under $400k these days (actually there aren’t many townhouses under $400k either!)
