Who says you can’t have it all? 884 Willow Avenue gives you a home with plenty of extras, a terrific split-level layout, and one of the most convenient locations in Milton.

Let’s talk location – you can be on the highway, or the Go Train parking lot in just a few minutes in your car. There are two schools (public and French immersion elementary) you can walk to in less than five minutes, and you can even get to the gym, grab a snack, eat breakfast or grab a coffee without getting in your car.

If you have more than two vehicles, you’ll love that you can fit up to six cars on the concrete driveway… with no sidewalk! Plus, you’ll love the mature tree canopy in the front and back yards, which is the right balance between shade and sun. There’s professional landscaping all around the home, including the interlock patio in the yard, with direct side-door access to the kitchen. It’s like having an extra dining area in the warmer summer months.

Inside, there’s a separate living and dining area with hardwood floors, plus a functional kitchen layout with a built-in desk/workstation, a prep counter, Cambria quartz countertops, and top quality “fingerprint-proof” appliances. The overhead Solotube adds even more natural light, and when the windows are open, there’s a wonderful cross-breeze through the house.

There are three bedrooms upstairs, along with a renovated washroom. The lower level has a rec room with a gas fireplace, a fourth bedroom and another washroom, plus access to a huge crawlspace area with hundreds of square feet of storage space. You’ll love the large windows… this doesn’t feel like your average basement!

Prepare to be impressed when you visit, and continue to fall in love with the friendly, mature neighbourhood close to everything you could ever need for many years to come.

About the Neighbourhood

Dorset Park

The next area to develop after the downtown/Old Milton core was Dorset Park in the 1970’s. This area is characterized by many small cul-de-sac crescents which are perfect for kids, and the many styles of homes – bungalows, split levels and two-storey homes, all on very respectable 50-foot lots (or so). There are lots of walking trails winding through the area, with a cluster of townhouses and an iconic Mac’s convenience store in the middle near Woodward and Wilson.
