The owners had wanted to renovate the space but never got around to it. The basement actually has a walk up exit to the backyard but the owners felt that it didn’t benefit their lifestyle and opted to close it off instead.

The owners are going to miss living here. The neighbours are helpful and friendly. There are parks, schools, and trails close by. There is also a convenient plaza within walking distance with a Longos, Starbucks, Home Depot, Movie Theatre, Gym and a variety of food and shopping options.
