There’s lots to love about 805 Fowles Court, and we think it will be an excellent choice for your next home.  It’s located on a quiet street in Milton’s Harrison neighbourhood, and at the end of the street there’s a large community park with basketball and tennis courts, splash pad and a playground.  The home has a total of 1356 square feet of living space, which makes it the largest 3-storey floor plan on the street.

The ground floor has a tiled den that’s perfect for a home office, hobby room or exercise area, and there’s plenty of storage in the oversized garage.  In fact, there’s enough room to park a motorcycle AND a car inside the garage during the winter.

Moving upstairs, the living, dining and kitchen areas are open concept, with hardwood flooring and a door to the balcony.  The large kitchen features a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and enough space for two people to navigate meal prep at the same time.

There are two generous-sized bedrooms on the top level, each with large closets, plus TWO full washrooms on the top floor – a master ensuite with a shower, and a full bath with shower and tub.

Last but not least, the home is easy to maintain with just a small front lawn… and absolutely zero condo fees.  It’s an affordable condo alternative, with one garage and one driveway space, and an excellent, safe and quiet location.

About the Neighbourhood

Harrison

Around 2008, the market changed and the world faced an economic crisis.  While Milton remained better off than many other areas, we still felt the effects. Some owners who purchased from builders in 2007 faced an economy where their homes weren’t worth what they paid.  Luckily, that turned around by mid-2009. There was a noticeable increase in density of housing, with many of the larger lots from Beaty, Dempsey, Clarke and Coates starting to disappear. That being said, there are some very prestigious streets with larger homes and lots, especially on the west side of the neighbourhood.  You can see some of the clearest, best views of the Escarpment from these homes.  Sunsets are a delight.
