This home is quiet and private, with friendly neighbours.  It’s all of the things you would imagine living on a cul-de-sac street in a mature Milton neighbourhood like Dorset Park.  The public elementary school is around the corner, and you can walk to the Go Train station in about 10 minutes. The location is also ideal to hop on the 401 to get to work, with great access to the 25 and James Snow ramps.

Need some groceries or a Starbucks coffee?  That’s not far either, and there are numerous parks and walking trails in the neighbourhood.

Or stay in the massive yard and take a dip in the saltwater pool when the weather warms up!

All of the work is done for you here.

There’s a renovated kitchen with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and lots of storage including pot drawers and a pantry.  The two washrooms upstairs are also updated, including heated flooring. There are four bedrooms upstairs, ready to be configured however you like.  Need a nursery or a home office? Configure the space however you like!

You can relax in the freshly finished basement with new carpeting and paint, or hang out in the main floor living room with a HUGE window that lets in LOTS of sunlight.  Wherever you are in THIS home, it just feels right.

About the Neighbourhood

Dorset Park

The next area to develop after the downtown/Old Milton core was Dorset Park in the 1970’s. This area is characterized by many small cul-de-sac crescents which are perfect for kids, and the many styles of homes – bungalows, split levels and two-storey homes, all on very respectable 50-foot lots (or so). There are lots of walking trails winding through the area, with a cluster of townhouses and an iconic Mac’s convenience store in the middle near Woodward and Wilson.
