People search a long time for a home like 580 Clover Park Crescent. This home will impress you from the start with the abundance of natural light, neutral tones, and obvious pride of ownership…there’s really nothing left for you to do but move in and enjoy it.

Pulling up to the home, you will never have a problem finding parking for the family or visitors, as the driveway can house four cars, as well as two more in the double garage. The beautiful front deck was rebuilt in 2019, and the front garden was landscaped showcasing gorgeous perennial flowers and plants.

The home is a two-storey detached home but feels more like a backsplit. French glass doors lead you to the deck and yard, where you can enjoy BBQ’ing (natural gas hook up) and outdoor dining.

Check out the separate dining area and a completely renovated kitchen! Beautiful white cabinetry, quartz counters, backsplash, large island, breakfast area, and stainless steel appliances that were purchased in 2020.

Looking for a little privacy? You have found it in the bonus separate family room overlooking the front of the house.

Upstairs, there are three generously sized bedrooms. The primary bedroom features two large closets that maximize every inch of space for your clothes – you won’t be left wondering where to put anything. The master ensuite has a gas stackable washer and dryer for ease of keeping up with the laundry. There’s another full bathroom upstairs, so no worries about having options for the whole family.

The home has an entrance through the garage to a fully finished basement with big bright windows, a full kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, and laundry.

It has a large living area as well, and for the nights you need even more room, you will find a new built-in Murphy bed.

You’ll be delighted to know that the owners also recently took care of replacing the roof (2020), new front deck (2020), installed new eaves (2020), and updated the driveway (2016)  so there’s no need to worry about these costly expenses for quite some time.

About the Neighbourhood

Bronte Meadows

Built mostly towards the mid-to-late 1980’s just north of the hospital, the boundaries of this area are often confused because of the close proximity to Timberlea, both geographically and with the way the houses look. The lots are slightly smaller in this area, with many “detached” homes linked by the foundation, but still generally much larger properties than you’ll find in the new area. This was the last area to be built before a long pause in building in the 1990’s due to lack of extra water supply in Milton.
