Welcome to 37 Dawson Crescent located on a quiet family-friendly crescent in the Bronte Meadows neighbourhood of Milton. The first thing you will notice about the home is the beautiful interlocking stone that leads you to a very modern front door. The front foyer is big enough to kick off your shoes and hang your jackets. On the feature wall you will see convenient shoe storage, and an additional closet.

On the main floor, you will find the living room, eat-in kitchen and powder room.  The powder room has a full size vanity for extra storage. Smooth ceilings, pot lights, hardwood floors, and a stone feature wall with sconce lighting complete this main floor space.  The kitchen has been completely renovated with white cabinets, gorgeous grantie counters, and sparkling stainless steel appliances. The owners have enjoyed this room the most because of the large windows, thoughtful flow, and storage options. It’s perfectly located with access to the backyard.

When you open the sliding doors outside you will be immediately impressed with the size and function of the brand new deck. A gas line for your BBQ, which is conveniently located as soon as you walk outside, allows you to cook all year round. The deck has over 400 square feet of entertainment space and is large enough for two sitting areas and kids toys. Many summers were spent out here working while the kids splashed around in the pool or built sand castles.

Leading up to the second floor you will find a beautiful hardwood piano staircase. The large, long window here was replaced with one that opens so you can let in some fresh air whenever you please. As soon as you reach the top you will see an attic door with a pull on the ceiling. This bonus space leads you up to the attic where the owners have created extra storage space with lighting. It makes for storing those seasonal items super easy!

On the second floor, you will find three bedrooms with a generous amount of closet space and and no carpet. The primary bedroom has access to the main bathroom for added convenience.

Heading down to the basement you will immediately notice how open and organized the space is. You will notice the large basement windows that all this room to feel bright and sunny. There is a three piece bathroom and a laundry room located here with space to dry and fold clothes

The owners are going to miss living here. The low traffic family friendly street is something they have enjoyed for many years. It’s not unusual to have children playing outside on nice days. The neighbours are friendly and take pride in their homes. Being walking distance to a convenience store, bakery, and restaurants has also been helpful. And taking a stroll to downtown Milton to grab an ice cream, at the famous Jay’s Ice Cream, has been a tradition in the summer. We know you will love living here.

About the Neighbourhood

Bronte Meadows

Built mostly towards the mid-to-late 1980’s just north of the hospital, the boundaries of this area are often confused because of the close proximity to Timberlea, both geographically and with the way the houses look. The lots are slightly smaller in this area, with many “detached” homes linked by the foundation, but still generally much larger properties than you’ll find in the new area. This was the last area to be built before a long pause in building in the 1990’s due to lack of extra water supply in Milton.
