Welcome to Greenlife West Side! This is the second condo building built by Howland Green, building on the success of their first Greenlife condo in Milton. It has some of the lowest condo fees per square foot in Canada, with many energy-saving features.

From the solar panels on the roof, to the way the underground parking entrance was built, to the geothermal heating… everything about this building was intended to be green and energy-efficient.

The main structure of the building is built using insulated concrete foam (ICF) and triple-pane glass, which allows less heat loss and is much quieter than most buildings.

Unit #119 is located on the ground floor, with an open balcony facing lush greenspace with lots of privacy. It’s a “Moss” model, with 1,087 square feet including two bedrooms and two full washrooms.

There are high 9-foot ceilings and an electric fireplace in the living room. The kitchen has extended white cabinets and a granite countertop with a breakfast bar. There’s lots of space for a dining area, and there are no carpets in the condo – only tile and high-quality laminate flooring.

The condo comes with one underground parking space and one locker. This would make a wonderful place for you to call home, in a clean, well-kept and quiet building with great access to highways, shopping and downtown Milton.

About the Neighbourhood

Scott

Built around the same time as Harrison north of Derry Road, this neighbourhood mirrors the trend of starter houses closer to the train tracks, and larger houses further west with great views of the Escarpment. The builders who sold most of this area include Greenpark, Fieldgate, Arista, Mattamy and Heathwood.  Intracorp built some somes in the north that rival some of the larger east lot sizes. This neighbourhood has one of the highest concentrations of homes backing onto green space. Even though the density is still higher than the east neighbourhoods, this area consistently breaks price records and offers some of the most impressive homes in town.
