Don’t miss out!

With over 1,900+ square feet of living space, this meticulously maintained semi-detached home is located on a private pool-sized, pie-shaped lot – a rare find for a semi-detached home in Milton.

The yard is pie-shaped, with a total distance across the back yard of 114 feet, and it’s large enough to accommodate an inground pool. The front, back and side yard are fully landscaped with care, complete with mature trees, aggregate and stone patios. You’ll love this delightfully private, relaxing outdoor extension of the living space. It’s the perfect oasis – and it’s all at your doorstep!

Inside, you’ll find a lovely open concept layout, that’s welcoming and filled with natural light all day long. The home is also carpet free, with hardwood on the main level, and laminate flooring on the other two levels – ideal for those who contend with allergies.

With 3+1 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an additional kitchen set up in the fully finished basement, there’s more than enough room for everyone. Check out the floor plans here, or click the image below to view:

The pride of ownership at this property is clear throughout the home and continues into the outdoor spaces. The roof shingles were also replaced this year in June 2020.

You’re within walking distance to both the public and Catholic elementary schools, parks and everyday amenities such as shopping, the library, and the Arts and Milton Leisure Centre. If you commute, you’ll love that it’s within walking distance to Milton GO Station and with its East-side Milton location, it’s only a six-minute drive to the 401.

This is the kind of home you can live in for a very long time. Come have a look for yourself – you’ll love living here!

About the Neighbourhood

Clarke

In 1999, Milton got access to a new water supply, which meant the doors were wide open for development. Builder sales centres were in the middle of farm fields, and the Clarke and Dempsey neighbourhoods began to take shape at the turn of the millennium, with original purchase prices in the $140,000 to $230,000 range. The neighbourhood is now firmly established as a friendly place to live, with more mature trees and a closer proximity to Mississauga and Toronto than the brand new west neighbourhoods.
