1421 Costigan Road #511 is one of the finest condos in Milton.  It’s a 1,348 square foot corner unit with a clear panoramic view of the Toronto skyline, the sunrise, and the park & greenspace in the middle of the neighbourhood.

The entire unit has been renovated and styled by a professional designer.  The original builder kitchen has been removed and replaced by a much more functional layout, with approximately 30% more counter space.  There are LOTS of large pot drawers and storage space — everything was designed for the current owner who loves to cook.

You’ll enjoy the white subway tile backsplash, the quartz counters, the wood and tile flooring with no carpet, the custom light fixtures everywhere, and the high 9-foot ceilings.

There’s a separate dining area, and one of the largest living rooms you’ll ever see in a Milton condo, which opens up to a private 67 square foot covered balcony.

There are two bedrooms, both very large and both with walk-in closets.  The master bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom, and there’s another full bathroom towards the front foyer.

The condo has two parking spaces — one underground and one on surface level — and one locker.  Unlike some buildings in Milton, this building is all concrete and very solid.  It’s a very quiet building with a party room, exercise room, and a large sitting room with a book share library.  It’s a nice condominium community with social clubs and yoga, if you are interested in meeting some new friends.

There are two parks nearby, and a walking trail through the neighbourhood.  It’s an easy drive to both the 401 and the Go station, and we know that you are going to LOVE everything about this one.

About the Neighbourhood

Clarke

In 1999, Milton got access to a new water supply, which meant the doors were wide open for development. Builder sales centres were in the middle of farm fields, and the Clarke and Dempsey neighbourhoods began to take shape at the turn of the millennium, with original purchase prices in the $140,000 to $230,000 range. The neighbourhood is now firmly established as a friendly place to live, with more mature trees and a closer proximity to Mississauga and Toronto than the brand new west neighbourhoods.
