Rare walk-out basement!

1230 Chapman Crescent is a three-bedroom townhouse in Milton’s Clarke neighbourhood, with a rare walk-out basement and direct access through the garage.

The home has had many recent improvements. You’ll be the first to enjoy the the new flooring, paint, light fixtures, appliances, stairs and updated kitchen.

The main level has an open concept layout with lots of natural light. You’ll get to enjoy the sun in the back of the house in the morning, and in the front of the house in the afternoon.

The garage is oversized, leaving lots of room to park a car, store bicycles and other items. You’ll also find a huge storage space under the stairs!

You can fit two cars in the driveway, and the roof, furnace and air conditioner have all been replaced in the last five years.

We’re sure you’ll love what this great neighbourhood has to offer. Chapman Crescent is a low-traffic street just around the corner from Bruce Trail Public School.  There are parks nearby, and you can walk to dozens of shops to the east and west – Portabellos, Make Cafe and Mama Mila’s are all favourites to grab a bite to eat.

There’s also access to Milton Transit and the Go bus just a few steps away, along Derry Road.

With this home, you have a superb location and a move-in ready property – that’s a winning combination!

About the Neighbourhood

In 1999, Milton got access to a new water supply, which meant the doors were wide open for development. Builder sales centres were in the middle of farm fields, and the Clarke and Dempsey neighbourhoods began to take shape at the turn of the millennium, with original purchase prices in the $140,000 to $230,000 range. The neighbourhood is now firmly established as a friendly place to live, with more mature trees and a closer proximity to Mississauga and Toronto than the brand new west neighbourhoods.
