Dear Prospective Homeowner,

When I first heard about the Art on Main project, I can confidently say it piqued my interest.

There was no other building like it in Milton. It reminded me of something you’d see more so in the city. It was also nostalgic because it was right on the same stomping grounds of my old high school.

Nestled in the heart of Milton, the Art on Main remains the perfect blend of luxury living with access to your day-to-day conveniences all around.

The moment you step into the building, you’ll be greeted by your 24-hour concierge. Immediately you’ll notice the floor-to-ceiling walls made of marble. The building has numerous amenities to enjoy, including an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, saunas, changerooms, state-of-the-art gym, yoga room, party room, library, rooftop terrace with BBQs, outdoor fireplace, pet spa, and a brand-new restaurant on the main level.

Picking up your Amazon packages is a breeze here, with a convenient and safe locker system accessed by a QR Code which you can either scan or enter in a password to unlock your assigned locker. The building will send out a text when you have a package. The concierge will handle larger packages and have them placed into a separate parcel room.

There’s even the option of renting out the building’s beautiful guest suite, which worked perfectly for me when I had out of town guests.

I love the location of the unit in the building. I don’t wait for an elevator if I don’t have to. Being on the second floor gives me quick access to the main floor and even my super convenient underground parking spot placed right beside the elevators.

Stepping into the unit, there is an actual foyer, with room for a bench and a place to hang your coat and keys. It’s away from the kitchen and main living area, so you’re not immediately walking into your main living space. It’s a nice and open entryway leading into your home providing a nice flow.

The 9-foot ceilings also help with making the space feel larger and spacious.

The four-piece bathroom is located right off this area too. It has granite counters, updated lighting, glass shower door and a full-size soaker tub.

From the kitchen, you have a beautiful view of the pond across the street.

For those really sunny days, the motorized Hunter Douglas pirouette blinds are a life saver!

I can appreciate the full-sized stainless-steel appliances, granite counters, and ample cabinet storage for the kitchen essentials. There is room for everything here.

The functional layout allows for easy entertainment, with the seamless transition from kitchen, to living room, to the private open balcony.

The primary bedroom is large enough for a queen-sized bed, two side tables and an entertainment unit. The organizers in the double closet keep things tidy and in their place. There’s also direct access to the balcony as well. Countless mornings were spent here sipping a coffee and looking out onto the peaceful pond that sits across from the unit.

With it being a two-minute drive to the highway, a five-minute walk to the GO Train, having access to sports fields, walking trails, a public library, indoor swimming pool and a wide variety of stores and restaurants to choose from, it has something for everyone.

There is nothing like the Art on Main in all of Milton, and I feel lucky to have owned a piece of it, and I know you will too.
