So, today we’ve got what looks like a slight decline in prices at a popular downtown condo, plus Barclay is the best deal for a freehold townhouse with a yard (it might go for more than asking). I have a competitor listed, and these guys really priced aggressively.
Also, there’s a charming “linked” home on Laurier that’s a little old fashioned but lovely. Pride of ownership matters – a lot. Challinor might be a REAL hidden gem. No photos, but it’s priced $20-30k less than the same model usually lists for.
Finally, remember that “dark chocolate” cheap flooring is still cheap flooring, Mr. Builder. That is all. 🙂
