Aside from that goofup, we’ve got some homes that are striving to get the big bucks, but are falling short on features, like the homes on McLaughlin, the townhome for $400k, and the million dollar one on Crawford. Good luck with those ones…
On the other hand, we’ve got some great homes – Bussel is a very nice layout with a finished basement, and it backs onto greenspace, Maple has got the winning formula of big lot and renovated home, and then there’s Norris Circle, which is a GORGEOUS 2900 sq.ft. home on a premium pie-shaped lot.
