Another solid day today, and we’ll start off with a semi-detached in Timberlea on a larger lot for $549k. If you can live without having a garage, I think it’s such a good option… and better value than most of the new neighbourhood options.
Watch for the wrong square footage on the Bryant model on Clark, and avoid the assignment on Chretien because the value just isn’t there.
Then we’ll finish with two VERY good larger detached options in Timberlea – a renovated, open concept bungalow with a walk-out basement on Anderson, and a four-level backsplit on Syer – both in the mid-$700’s.
