Watch for the wrong square footage on the Bryant model on Clark, and avoid the assignment on Chretien because the value just isn’t there.

Then we’ll finish with two VERY good larger detached options in Timberlea – a renovated, open concept bungalow with a walk-out basement on Anderson, and a four-level backsplit on Syer – both in the mid-$700’s.
