I just had a look at the sales from the past week, and about 75% of them went for asking price or above.

But there are still some that didn’t sell, and some that sold for less.  So there’s hope for buyers out there!  Still early to tell how the new mortgage guidelines are affecting the market.

803 Cabot massacres the English language in the description, and it’s likely that 238 Rowe will back onto a gas station on the corner of Main and Tremaine.  Homes with a high likelihood of selling for asking price or above include Tonelli, Aird and Trafalgar… all of which are strong contenders for Home of the Day ™.

It will be an interesting week to watch the market.  I’ll be gone for the rest of the week in Arizona, but the team is all here to help.  Not sure if I’ll be doing daily episodes, but will certainly try.

Got a great end-unit townhouse listing coming out on Wednesday for $595,000 with a knockout white kitchen with centre island, stainless steel appliances, quartz counters and a really tasteful backsplash.  Will share more later this week.
