If you read yesterday’s email, you’ll find a few items that I gave as an option to “Google”, like the number 786 and why some people use it in their asking price. Well, I’m not responsible for what happens if you type in one of today’s street names – watch the video to find out. Milton streets are usually named after people who have served the residents and had an important role in the town… so I feel bad for even saying anything. But the “urban dictionary” meaning of the word is all I can think of when I hear it.
Anyway, I’ll point out a clever modification on a townhouse that I’ve never seen before, I’ll explain what the “pieces” in a bathroom represent, and why the right brain will never allow a good return on investment for four expensive improvements to a house.
