The home on Peregrine is one of my favourite floor plans – it’s called a “Wild Rose” model by Mattamy. Although it looks nice, I think they could have MAYBE added a photo of the ravine behind. I mean, it’s at least as important as a kids’ bedroom, isn’t it? Of course…
It’s amazing how many times we see the photo gallery missing some of the best features of a home. A few years ago, we saw a listing with photos of every room except the kitchen. Really???
Pick of the Day is the townhouse on Copeland. They took an existing floor plan and made it even better. Plus, the finishes are good and the price is bang on.
And is the Heathwood Traditions brand strong enough to attract an offer higher than similar-sized homes in other areas? We’ll talk about the premium for homes in this neighbourhood.
