Often when I see a listing between 5 and 10 years old with new hardwood, new appliances, etc., I wonder if it got the crap beaten out of it beforehand… like putting lipstick on the “old girl”. So watch for signs of wear and tear on a home like Waters, and also watch for cut corners on the work done before sale. They’re subtle, but definitely there if you know where to look.
It’s a good list today – the standouts for me are the semi-detached on Shepherd with a finished basement, plus the four-bedroom detached on Duff with a huge pie-shaped lot for ONLY $519k. What a steal! And the bungalow on Centennial Forest is a super choice for somebody who wants an alternative to high-rise condo living.
Have a great weekend, and be sure to join us for a Tour of Milton Homes if you’re coming to town. Cheers!
