Today’s list is full of fireballs, including a bank sale double garage with a fantastic floor plan and a great price at only $469k. There’s even a semi-detached single garage in this list asking more. Sure, it could use a little updating, but it’s tremendous value. The banks can be rotten to deal with, but don’t let that speed bump get you down. Jump on it quick!
There’s also a nice detached with a finished basement facing a park for $465k… and even though the $700k range is filled with lots of competition right now, I’m a big fan of the one on Vickerman with large lot backing onto greenspace.
