I think today’s list is excellent.  Favourite picks are the 1-bed plus den condo with high ceilings at $239k, Nairn with a 3rd storey loft and four full washrooms at $640k, Cusick with 3300 sq.ft. and customized kitchen with Wolf range and Sub Zero fridge.  I like the house on King, but just make sure you find a good home inspector for ANY home built before World War II.  Basements weren’t really built to be finished prior to around the mid-1950’s, so proper waterproofing is required.  Plus, different wiring and plumbing systems that generally need updating.  So definitely some gems.  And if you want to learn more about the process of buying a home (and how much it costs), we’re running the Milton Buyer Class on Thursday at 7:00 pm.  Just click this link to register.
