Anyway, there’s a home on today’s list that decided to list for $40k more than a better home that sold 2 weeks ago. I thought the other sale was a STEAL, but still… how do you argue the case to a buyer? They’ll have a tough time. So have a look, and stay tuned for lots of goodies – it’s going to be a great year!
