The safest way to invest in real estate is to buy and hold, and make sure it’s cash-flow positive.
And you can’t do that in Milton. I’ll show you one of today’s homes on Barclay with a Tenant already in place that bleeds more than $600/month from your bank account when you put a 20% downpayment. Attention investors indeed…
Oh and be careful with square footage. One of today’s homes aims a little high on their measurement. Like the X-Files, question everything and don’t believe everything you see in a listing.
