If you’re selling a newly constructed house, listen closely.  Here’s something you need to do.  Buy appliances.

I can’t understand why a homeowner who lists a brand new property doesn’t put appliances into the house.  Then at least it’s move-in ready.  The truth is… anytime there’s any deficiency, whether it be old carpets, a new furnace or roof, or lack of appliances, the universal rule is that buyers will ALWAYS overestimate how much it will cost, and they will start deducting off your price.  So just put ’em in and thank me for the advice.

Besides that, we’ve got another good list, and I like the fact that a few of these listings have decent-sized properties.
