I really can’t stand when people are overly enthusiastic about YOUR decision-making process, and despite obvious signs indicating the opposite, they continue to say, “You need to buy NOW!”
That’s not cool. Reminds me of a used car salesman… yuck. Or even worse – somebody on Wall Street. 🙂

Plus, there’s a smaller detached home in town for a very competitive price, and an outstanding rural property in Brookville. I didn’t mention it in the video, but Brookville Public School has a dynamite reputation. Small list, but extremely tasty. Yes, I said tasty. 🙂
