There’s a great deal on a townhouse bank sale (we’ll talk about some issues with bank sales, too), plus a nice detached 1900 sq.ft. home for under $450k, a nice downsizing rural option for under $500k, one of my favourite Mattamy floor plans, and two big daddies at the end, with the last one arguably being one of the best homes we’ve ever seen on Milton Daily Homes.
