Today I’ll compare two Mattamy Village Town Homes – one that got their price right, and one that just really left me scratching my head. There’s also the best deal on a townhouse over $400k, complete with a finished basement. Kitchen needs work but if you get it around asking price, you probably have some budget to get it looking good.
And a home that we sold a couple of years ago is back on the market, with 5-bedrooms, a home theatre and a huge oversized lot in Dorset Park. I’m curious if the address might bring them EXTRA luck.
