If you are looking to move up into a double car garage home, I really think now is the time. The battle royal in the $700’s has spilled down into the $600’s. On the other side, townhouses have pushed up and created a “squeeze” effect where there may only be $100k difference between a 3-bedroom townhouse and a 4-bedroom detached double garage.
Ruhl and Galbraith have just dropped their price, and in a market where you can get almost $500,000 for a townhouse the gap between starter and move up is narrowing.

Out of town agents, or inexperienced agents will make it even harder… because they just don’t have the field experience to protect a seller. It’s a good question to ask when you’re interviewing agents… how are you going to defend my price?
