Fun episode today, including a fixer-upper “Ugly Betty” to start us off, which looks like a really nice opportunity if you’re handy. Then there’s Farmstead, which has some elements of a “condo” but it’s really not a real condo, if that makes any sense at all.
There’s a lack of quality listings in the older sections, and the four bedroom on Cedarbrae should do quite well. Plus I’ll talk about “service stairs” and why they’re such a good thing, and we finish with a 10-acre property with a pond.
