Since when does the difference between $280k and $285k equal $15,000?

In my world, apparently for a brief instant, it does. 🙂 Good thing I caught it before sending it out.

Anyhow, the 3-storey townhome on Schreyer is excellent value, I like the bungalow on Serafini for $440k, and the last two are sort of growing on me. I don’t think either one is the steal of the century, but I think one is an absolute show stopper, and the other has one of the Top 5 lots I’ve ever seen in Milton – new OR old sections. The Lancaster one looks good, too. I’ll be seeing that in about 2 hours.
