As we went further into this episode, I started to gain a new appreciation for the list.  It’s a short one with just nine properties – but you have a vacant condo that looks like a good deal, plus another rare three-bedroom condo in GreenLife.

And I’ll let you in on a secret – previously only shared with clients.  How many showings does it take to get an offer on average?  I’ll reveal the magic number in today’s video.  This is compiled from studying hundreds of our own listings, along with many from our Royal LePage office.  In some cases it can even predict the number of offers on offer night if you’re holding back for a certain date.

Gowland wins the day for being Gowland, which has always been my second favourite street after Victoria Street.  Plus, it’s a deeper lot with a pool in the mid-$600’s.  May not be an ideal layout for some, but I think it has a lot of upside.
