Two things became clear as we were reviewing today’s list… first, I really don’t care about a close-up of your fridge door handle or your Coca-Cola memorabilia (and buyers don’t either).  And second, there are a lot of homes that don’t have fences.  Many people aren’t aware that the by-laws indicate that neighbours MUST share the cost of fencing.  Although there are some loopholes which I’ll talk about in the video.

Also, people are starving for older Milton properties with a double garage and four bedrooms.  There have only been a handful that have come out in 2014, and anything that lists tends to get instant action (see Woodward).  And I’ll explain how and why one of today’s properties was a real estate “flip” that flopped… and we’ll make sure it doesn’t happen to you next.  Big list with 37 properties… enjoy!
