808 Gazley Circle is tucked away on a low-traffic street in Beaty, with wonderful access to two elementary schools, parks, the Beaty library, and a high school. The east location means less time commuting because the 401, 403 and 407 are all close-by.

This is a Lakepoint model, built by Mattamy in the early 2000’s, with nearly 1,400 square feet of finished space. There’s a quiet front porch, and a backyard cedar deck with privacy screen with shade courtesy of a mature oak tree.

Inside, you can keep an eye on guests or kids from the kitchen, where you have clear views of the backyard and the great room with a gas fireplace. Some owners choose to keep this room as one large living area, while others will use part for living, and the other part as a dining or office area.

Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms, including the master bedroom with a walk-in closet, plus an ensuite with separate tub and impressive glass shower.

The basement is unfinished, but offers a great layout with space for two large rooms plus a laundry/storage area.

From the convenient location, to the quiet surroundings, to the private yard and wonderful layout, there’s so much we know you’re going to love about this home!

About the Neighbourhood

Beaty

After Clarke and Dempsey finished, most of the building took place here in Beaty back in the early 2000’s. There was a strong demand for detached houses and larger double-garage homes for the move-up buyers who were growing their families in the neighbourhoods built a few years before. This area has some of the widest and deepest lots available in the new areas, including the no-longer-available 56-foot Wide Lots. This area is known for plenty of parks, and some of the best public and Catholic schools in Milton.
