716 Bennett Boulevard is a Mattamy-built Yorkton Corner model (1333 square feet), with three bedrooms on the third floor plus a main level den.  The middle-level has an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a backsplash and new countertops, plus a separate dining area and living room, both with hardwood floors.  The south-facing balcony and front porch are excellent places to enjoy a BBQ or some quiet time.

Unlike most homes in the area, you have a wide corner lot for kids or pets to play.

There are lots of windows, so the home is bright and sunny all day long.  Access to the 401 and Go station is ideal; both are just over 5 minutes away.  The current owners will miss walks along the nearby Union Gas trail and strolling through the many nearby parks in the evenings and on weekends.

Even better, you can park three cars here – two on the driveway and one more in the oversized garage.  The best part of the home might be the completely renovated main bathroom on the top floor, with new vanity, tiles and quartz countertop.  It’s an ideal starter home with a delightful floor plan and finishes, surrounded by convenient amenities and lots of greenspace to explore.

About the Neighbourhood

Beaty

After Clarke and Dempsey finished, most of the building took place here in Beaty back in the early 2000’s. There was a strong demand for detached houses and larger double-garage homes for the move-up buyers who were growing their families in the neighbourhoods built a few years before. This area has some of the widest and deepest lots available in the new areas, including the no-longer-available 56-foot Wide Lots. This area is known for plenty of parks, and some of the best public and Catholic schools in Milton.
