When the current owners purchased 680 Mceastern Path, the thing that stood out the most for them was the quiet neighbourhood, as well as the convenience of being able to walk to shops, restaurants, schools and parks. Plus, they also like the fact that the design of this Mattamy Brynmont model with 1733 square feet. three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home was different from other townhouses, and it also includes a two car garage.

Mceastern Path is a quiet street in the great neighbourhood of Coates.  When you walk into the home, the entry level has an open foyer that leads into a bright sitting area with large windows that is perfect as a family room, home studio, fitness room or office.  This level also includes plenty of storage, a laundry room, and inside access to the two car garage.   As you head up stairs you are greeted by a spacious open concept living area.  Beautiful hard wood floors enhance this living space which includes a computer nook.

The open concept kitchen with it’s oversized island, plenty of storage space and separate area for a large kitchen table, makes this the perfect place to create fabulous meals and entertain.  Right off the kitchen is a terrace approximately 19 x15 feet giving you the outdoor space to relax after a long hard day, watch the sunset or barbecue for your friends and family.

The hardwood continues up the staircase and through the upper hallway where you find three good sized bedrooms.  The Master is complete with a large walk in closet and ensuite, and the other two bedrooms are bright and roomy and perfect for any family.

Enjoy the walking distance to parks and schools and if you feel like a quick walk to grab a bite to eat, Symposium Restaurant is just steps away.   This home also has easy access to transit, highways 401, 407, the QEW and the Go train.

About the Neighbourhood

The success of Beaty moved across Thompson Road around 2005, and the Coates area developed. We saw the introduction of stucco exteriors, rear lane home access and some different housing styles never before seen in town. Homes larger than 3,500 square feet began to be built, ready for growing families. Same as Beaty, the schools in this area are very highly regarded, and there’s a huge community park with lovely views of the Escarpment right in the middle of the neighbourhood.
