When the current owners purchased Unit #109 at 630 Sauve Street, they wanted to make sure that their home offered them privacy.  Being on the main floor meant having easy access to their unit and since the balcony (that backs on to green space) was raised off the ground, they didn’t have to worry about security.  The convenience of not having to wait for an elevator, even if they wanted to access their under ground parking spot, was important to them.

The home has two bedrooms, each of them separated by the main living space.  This offers you added privacy since they do not share a wall. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom.

The second bathroom, located across the hall from the second bedroom, has an extra wide doorway and is very spacious inside. It also has a it’s own shower and bathtub.

The open concept kitchen and living room are designed with functionality in mind. Pull up a stool for breakfast in the kitchen or enjoy a morning beverage from your balcony as you watch the sunrise from the northeast exposure. The garden door also offers privacy tinting.

The unit has a surprising amount of storage for a condo, from the double closets in each bedroom, to a large main closet and a huge linen closet. The additional locker space also gives you ample storage options.

Being located on the east side of Milton makes life very convenient. Its close to the 401, GO Train, and walking distance to a plaza that offers a medical practice, pharmacy, and a 24-hour Rabba Fine Foods. It is also across the street from Irma Coulson Elementary School.

The sellers have commented that they will miss the quiet and friendly community in the building. So, if you are looking to stop renting or your home is too big for you, unit 109 at 630 Sauve Street could be for you!

About the Neighbourhood

Beaty

After Clarke and Dempsey finished, most of the building took place here in Beaty back in the early 2000’s. There was a strong demand for detached houses and larger double-garage homes for the move-up buyers who were growing their families in the neighbourhoods built a few years before. This area has some of the widest and deepest lots available in the new areas, including the no-longer-available 56-foot Wide Lots. This area is known for plenty of parks, and some of the best public and Catholic schools in Milton.
