Enjoy private and quiet views from the backyard at 332 Holmes Crescent, because it’s a gift that keeps giving.  From a morning beverage on the back deck, to sunset views over the Escarpment, you’ll love the serenity of what’s behind this home every single day.

The home is a 3,042 Fieldgate Salisbury model, with high nine-foot ceilings on the main level and five bedrooms upstairs.  Each bedroom has its own direct washroom access, and the master bedroom has two sinks, a separate shower and tub, and huge his-and-hers walk-in closets.
The main level has a separate office/den, plus a living/dining area, and a completely open family room and kitchen with big, beautiful windows.  There are granite counters and stainless steel appliances, and the moveable kitchen island provides flexibility within the space.
If a second suite is needed, there’s easy access through the laundry room/mud room area to the basement.  The tall windows in the basement are also much larger than you find in other homes.
The street is low-traffic, and the home is surrounded by walking trails.  Less than two kilometres away, there are public and Catholic elementary schools, the new Sherwood Community Centre, and the west location gives great access to Glen Eden for skiing, along with numerous provincial parks, conservation areas and golf courses.
You’ll love the delightful views, the great layout, and the friendly & relaxed feeling of this area for years to come.

About the Neighbourhood

Scott

Built around the same time as Harrison north of Derry Road, this neighbourhood mirrors the trend of starter houses closer to the train tracks, and larger houses further west with great views of the Escarpment. The builders who sold most of this area include Greenpark, Fieldgate, Arista, Mattamy and Heathwood.  Intracorp built some somes in the north that rival some of the larger east lot sizes. This neighbourhood has one of the highest concentrations of homes backing onto green space. Even though the density is still higher than the east neighbourhoods, this area consistently breaks price records and offers some of the most impressive homes in town.
