1412 Crozier Crescent is located on a quiet, low-traffic crescent in the heart of the Beaty neighbourhood, just two doors away from Oakview Park. You can sit on the large front porch and watch the kids play, or enjoy the close-knit street where other kids will knock on the door asking to come out and play.

The Beaty Library is less than five minutes walk away, with the elementary school (Hawthorne Village) and high school (Craig Kielburger) less than 10 minutes walk from the front door.

As you walk up to the home, you’ll notice the 56-foot wide lot, which is no longer offered by any builder. The street doesn’t feel cluttered, and the neighbours take pride in their homes. Entering the home, you’ll be impressed by the two-storey entrance, winding staircase, and the combined living & dining area to the right. The main floor also features a butler’s pantry between the kitchen and dining room, which is a great place to serve appetizers, drinks or coffee while entertaining. The kitchen has been completely redone, with a gorgeous matching white quartz countertop and backsplash, extended uppers with crown moulding, and two-tone cabinets with a moveable centre island.

The breakfast area is larger than most dining rooms, and it opens up to the family room with a coffered ceiling, gas fireplace and pot lights.

Travelling upstairs, you’ll notice the piano-style steps on the curved steps along with iron pickets. The master bedroom has its own separate “wing” of the house, highlighted by a master ensuite with a tall vaulted ceiling, his & hers sinks and a walk-in shower, along with TWO walk-in closets. There are three other bedrooms and a den that could easily be closed off for a 5th bedroom, or French doors could also be added for a large home office. A jack-and-jill washroom connects two of the bedrooms, and there’s a third full washroom towards the front of the house.

There are NO carpets in any of the principal rooms, only hardwood and tile. The home receives lots of natural light, with sun travelling from the back of the house in the morning to the front of the house in the evening. There’s a total of more than 3,300 square feet of living space on both floors.

This is an exciting opportunity to move into an area that has established itself as one of Milton’s best — with great schools, an east location that saves time commuting, and family-friendly features like a park and a library nearby. You’ll love the home’s layout and features, too. This one is the total package!

About the Neighbourhood

Beaty

After Clarke and Dempsey finished, most of the building took place here in Beaty back in the early 2000’s. There was a strong demand for detached houses and larger double-garage homes for the move-up buyers who were growing their families in the neighbourhoods built a few years before. This area has some of the widest and deepest lots available in the new areas, including the no-longer-available 56-foot Wide Lots. This area is known for plenty of parks, and some of the best public and Catholic schools in Milton.
