1138 Zimmerman Crescent is a home that combines the best of both worlds – a modern home on a deep, pool-sized lot usually found in mature neighbourhoods.  Not only is the lot deep, but it’s much further away from the backyard-facing neighbours… meaning there’s far more privacy here than almost every new neighbourhood in Milton.

The street is low-traffic, with friendly neighbours and lots of kids nearby.  Meighen park is just two streets away, and there’s a splash pad at Bristol Park by the plaza at Louis St. Laurent and Thompson.

You can walk to Hawthorne Village public school, which is widely considered to be one of the top schools in Milton, or get to Craig Kielburger Secondary for older kids.  Metro, Starbucks, Tim Horton’s and Starbucks are all a few minutes walk away, too.

The house is fully detached, with 1460 square feet and three nicely proportioned bedrooms upstairs.  There’s a nook halfway up the stairs that can be used as a home office, and there’s a separate dining area in the front.

No need to worry about switching cars either, because this home has two spaces side-by-side in the driveway, plus the garage for extra storage or a third car.

Combine all those elements together, and you have a recipe for a home you can enjoy for many years to come.

About the Neighbourhood

Beaty

After Clarke and Dempsey finished, most of the building took place here in Beaty back in the early 2000’s. There was a strong demand for detached houses and larger double-garage homes for the move-up buyers who were growing their families in the neighbourhoods built a few years before. This area has some of the widest and deepest lots available in the new areas, including the no-longer-available 56-foot Wide Lots. This area is known for plenty of parks, and some of the best public and Catholic schools in Milton.
