Fall Bowling Party

Greetings Client Family!

We are SO excited to invite you to our Fall Bowling Party!

Join us on the afternoon of Sunday, September 18th at Champs Family Entertainment Centre for some food and fun!

There are two time slots available. The first will be from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, and the second will be from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM. Please select your preferred time slot from the drop-down menu in the form below.*

Here are some of the exciting (and complimentary) things we’ll have for you:

• An hour of bowling time with shoe rental
• Group and individual photos – Bring the great memories you’ll make home with you!
• A spread of delicious food – Salad, veggies, nachos, wings, pizza, sliders, and dessert
• A $5 game card for every person to use at the arcade
